The Teflon (Fluoroplastic) Wire & Cable Extrusion Line is specially designed for the production of high-performance fluoroplastic insulated wires and cables. It is suitable for processing a wide range of fluoroplastic materials, including FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene), PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Resin), ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene), and other fluoropolymers.
To meet the specific processing requirements of fluoroplastic materials, the extruder can be equipped with specially customized corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant screws and barrels made from specialized materials, ensuring reliable and stable operation under demanding processing conditions.
The entire production line can be customized according to material characteristics, cable specifications, and production process requirements, meeting the manufacturing needs of high-performance wires and cables with excellent heat and chemical resistance.
